Types of class we offer

At Lone Fir Fitness we put our heads together each quarter to come up with a program of fun, challenging and diverse group exercise classes for our members. We want to make sure that whatever your schedule you have plenty of options to work on your strength, cardio, flexibility and all-around fitness.

  • Supercharge your body’s ability to burn calories! Added bonus, high intensity workouts like this will offer participants more mental clarity & increased levels of dopamine. Get ready to sweat!

  • Slow and focused resistance training, fast and serious for our cardio training. It’s the best of both worlds!

  • This class will push you to experience muscle failure in each major muscle group. In doing so, you will break down muscle fibers and force them to become more dense.

    100% Hypertrophy focused weight training

  • Varied approaches on glutes and abs, with cardiovascular training thrown into the mix.

bootcamp

  • Big full body movements and an elevated heart rate from beginning to end! You will utilize a variety of different equipment to push you to your limit! Full body athletic conditioning that includes fast pace cardiovascular components, power and resistance training.

    65% cardio, 35% resistance training

RUNCLUB

  • We meet at the studio for a warm-up (check in at the front desk), followed by a neighborhood run and end with a cool-down. Expect ~5k and a varied focus each week, like tempo runs, drills, sprints, hills and more. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, it’s a great way to level-up your miles, speed, and form.

BOX + BURN

  • Cardio, but not boring!! Cathartic combos on the bag, High-intensity cardio, resistance circuits, drills and core work. Burst Training with 75% Cardio / 25% Resistance Training

     New to boxing? We got you! No experience is required. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for an intro, hand wraps and complimentary gloves.

Kettlebell

  • Learn strength and conditioning technique using kettlebells as the main source of resistance. For all fitness levels. 50% Weight training/50% cardio

Guns + Guts

  • Varied approaches on upper body and abs, with cardiovascular training thrown into the mix. A fun upper-body complement to our BUTTS + GUTS class. Get ready to sweat!
