YOGA

At Lone Fir Fitness we are investing in our yoga programming. We currently offer classes four days a week, and we will continue to add times as appetite for the program grows.These classes fall into three categories (see below), led by four experienced trainers Masha, Erin, Charlotte and Ash.

Yoga is a great practice to complement your existing exercise routine, both to improve athletic performance and to reduce the risk of injury. Our experienced teachers will adapt each practice to fit your level of strength, flexibility and any injuries or constraints you’re working with, to help you stay safe and get the most out of your practice.

During this initial ramp-up phase we are offering $10 drop-in yoga classes, come along and see if it works for you.

power YOGA

  • Led by experienced instructors, our Power Yoga classes at Lone Fir Fitness feature a fast-paced sequence of postures, breath control, and core-strengthening exercises. Whether you're a dedicated yoga enthusiast or a newcomer, Power Yoga is inclusive and designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.

TONED

  • Vinyasa yoga flows supercharged with free weights and cardio intervals. This class is great for those who are looking for a new workout challenge, and want an intense full-body workout.

STRETCH

  • A slower-paced class, focusing on moving through full ranges of motion & returning muscles to their natural state of tension.
