RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Bill Date:
Your bill date will be the same date you purchased your membership, and subsequent charges will occur on this date each month.Session Count(PT + 8 Group Members):
Each personal training membership and the 8 monthly group class membership includes a fixed number of sessions/classes within each billing cycle (month). But of course some months are longer than others, which occasionally causes confusion. For example, if you have 4 PT sessions/credits per month and you typically schedule your sessions to be on Mondays and there are 5 Mondays in a billing cycle, then you would be short one credit. Members can either cancel the extra session (outside the 24 hour window) or pay the member drop-on rate of $66.40. Payment will be automatically applied in the system when closing out the session. It is the member's responsibility to keep track of their sessions/classes, but feel free to reach out to studio@lonefir.fitness to make arrangements. Unused sessions/classes will roll over into the next cycle for only 7 days to allow a grace period, after which they expire.

Personal training appointments can be scheduled for the quarter upon email request. We do not mind booking out for clients, so please don’t hesitate to reach out. Alternatively, members can book directly with their trainer or schedule sessions themselves online, up to 6 days in advance, by logging into their Momence account with our studio.Membership Pauses:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want our members to have flexibility. That’s why we allow up to 4 weeks per year for membership suspensions, freezes, or pauses. Just reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist! Please note that by suspending a membership the bill date will shift accordingly.
Membership Cancellations:
Memberships can be canceled at any time, for any reason, without penalty. Please contact us directly when canceling, as we strive to ensure all our members have had a positive experience. We value your feedback and want to ensure that any issues are addressed if they relate to Lone Fir. To prevent auto-charge processing, please provide a minimum of 7 days notice before your renewal date.Personal Training Cancellations (over 24-hours):
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for personal training sessions. Appointments can be cancelled on the booking software (instructions below) by emailing phone or texting the studio, or by contacting your trainer, If you cancel within 24 hours, the session will be charged as usual. No-shows are also considered cancellations. Please note that personal training appointments cannot be booked within 24 hours of the desired time without contacting the studio or trainer directly to confirm. Appointments cannot be moved within the 24-hour window to ensure we respect our trainers’ time and schedules. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.To cancel an appointment in the new membership software:
In the App follow Main>”upcoming for you”>”see all”>and click “cancel” on your appointment.

Open gym appointments must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a charge. No-shows will also result in a charge. No-shows will also result in a charge. Members can book open gym sessions online up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability. To book within 24 hours, send us an email/text with the time desired and we can book on our end. For those with unlimited open gym memberships, cancellations within the 12-hour window and no-shows will result in a $10 charge. For memberships that do not include unlimited open gym, a late cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of one open gym credit. Reservations cannot be moved within the 12-hour window. However, feel free to email us at studio@lonefir.fitness, and we’ll do our best to assist if possible.Class Cancellations:
Class reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a charge. No-shows will also be charged. Members can book classes up to 5 minutes before the start time, based on availability. For those with unlimited class memberships, late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $10 fee. For memberships that do not include unlimited classes, a late cancellation or no-show will result in the loss of one class credit. As with open gyms, reservations cannot be moved within the 12-hour window, but you can email us at studio@lonefir.fitness for assistance.On-Demand Video Library
All auto-pay memberships include access to our workout on-demand video library. To access the library visit your online membership profile or mobile app under the “On-Demand” section.
Trial Discounts:
Trial discounts are automatically applied in your check out store to eligible memberships and items and are valid within the 10 day trial period that begins upon first visit. Ensure you are logged in to your studio account on the app or online membership profile where you purchased the trial to view trial discount pricing. Trial discounts are void after a membership has been canceled.Need Help?

Personal Training Packs
All personal training packages include an equal amount of open gym sessions, which are automatically added to the respective Momence account upon purchase. Personal training packs and the open gym sessions that come with them have a one year expiration from date of purchase.Class Packs
All class packages have a one year expiration on them from the date of purchase. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy on all class reservations. However, you can sign up just minutes before the class starts!Nutrition Packs
